Lucy is a designer & strategist at Verily (formerly Google Life Sciences), Alphabet's research organization devoted to the study of life sciences and precision health.
She received her Masters in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at Georgia Institute of Technology and has 10+ years of experience in digital and multimodal design, specializing in inclusive design, hardware-software interfaces, and tech ethics.

Outside of HCI, Lucy studied Physics, Physiology, Public Health and Psychology at the University of Minnesota and UC Berkeley. She previously worked as a first responder, in sports medicine research, cardiometabolic health counselling, and video game design.
