Ginkgo & Kingdom of Nature VR

TL;DR  I collaborated on game design and consulting for a VR archery game and an award-winning narrative horror game from USC Games

Ginkgo

Role: UX, Voice, Graphics

Ginkgo is a compelling 3D, narrative game influenced by Asian horror themes that follows the story of a young woman as she mends her relationship with her mother using a magic needle in a dream-like world.

Ginkgo was nominated to the 2020 Game Developers Conference (GDC) Intel University Games Showcase and won 3rd place for Best Gameplay.

I worked with the Ginkgo development team on early-stage consulting and play-testing. In later stages, I provided voice-acting and 2D graphical assets.

Kingdom of Nature

Role: Game Design & Product Design

Kingdom of Nature: The Ancient Forest is an immersive VR archery game set in a fantasy world developed for the Oculus Rift using Unreal Engine 4. As the player progresses through the levels of the game, they encounter different environments and characters that collectively tell a compelling story about the importance of respecting the environment.

Kingdom of Nature: The Ancient Forest was selected to be presented at the USC Games Expo 2020.

I led game and level design and provided iterative feedback for the development team of Kingdom of Nature.
